Ingredients:

  1. In a large bowl, mix Epsom salt, Himalayan pink salt, and baking soda.

DIY Muscle Salt Soak Recipe

For sore muscles, this salt soak incorporates peppermint essential oil for a cooling effect.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Epsom salt
  • 1 cup magnesium flakes (Shop Here)
